Design Board Competition



2 Entry Categories
  1. Accomplishment in Design:  Showcases the wedding design of a previous wedding you have completed or a wedding that is currently under construction.
  2. Rules & Regulations:
  • Design boards should be 1 piece and mounted on foam board or a similar sturdy material
  • Boards will be displayed on standard floor easels, and should be no larger than 2' x 3'
  • Boards may contain pictures, swatches, print samples, etc.  "Dream Design" boards should incorporate a picture of the respective Hilton Anatole ballroom.
  • Any wedding professional may enter - coordinators, florists, rental companies, lighting companies, etc.
  • Please give you wedding design a title and display that on your board (i.e. "Vintage Glamour", "Country Chic", "Jack and Jill's Wedding", etc.)
  • You may enter your board with other vendors as a "team"; however, the prize that is given will only be for one person.  Payment for "Team" entry must come through one person as well.
  • All design board entry forms must be completed by September 16th, 2010.  No late or walk up registration will be accepted.
  • All design boards must be delivered to the Hilton Anatole and checked in at the registration table in Atrium 1 no later than 4:30pm on September 20th.
  • Your name, your company name and the names of your vendors may NOT appear anywhere on the Design Board, or they WILL be disqualified.  After the winners are announced, guests will return to the Atrium, where the names of the vendors associated with each board will be revealed.
